Shipping Locations

Glowumi currently ships to the following countries only:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

At this time, we do not ship to other international locations.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders to eligible countries listed above.

No minimum spend is required unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.


Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • During high-volume periods, launches, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

  • 5–10 business days for most orders
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays, delivery may take up to 15 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Couriers

Glowumi uses multiple shipping partners depending on the delivery location.

Our system automatically selects the fastest available courier for your order to help ensure the quickest possible delivery experience.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Most orders do not incur customs or import fees.

However, in rare cases, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Glowumi.

Glowumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • Please contact the courier directly once tracking has been provided
  • Glowumi is unable to modify shipping details after an order has been dispatched

Glowumi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered parcels caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

We currently ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Lockers

Availability may vary depending on the courier assigned to your order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at: hello@glowumi.com

All shipping issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Glowumi reserves the right to investigate shipping claims before issuing replacements or refunds.

We may request:

  • Confirmation of the shipping address
  • Communication with the courier
  • Additional delivery information where required

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
