At Glowumi, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Please read the policy below carefully before submitting a return, refund, or warranty claim.


60-Day Glow Guarantee

We stand behind every Glowumi EyeLift device with our 60-Day Glow Guarantee.

Use your device consistently for 10 minutes daily over a minimum of 14 consecutive days. While many customers notice improvements earlier, visible results may take up to 1 month depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of use.

If no visible improvements can be observed within 60 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How To Submit A Glow Guarantee Claim

To submit a claim, please email: hello@glowumi.com

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A short explanation of your experience
  • Confirmation that the device was used consistently as directed
  • 8 photos total:
    • 1 clear before photo
    • 7 consecutive daily progress photos with timestamps

Photo Requirements

To help us assess your results fairly and accurately, all submitted photos must:

  • Include visible date and time stamps
  • Clearly show the under-eye area
  • Be taken in similar lighting and angles
  • Be unedited and unfiltered
  • Show visible daily progression across 7 consecutive days
  • Demonstrate consistent use as directed

Claims with incomplete, heavily edited, unclear, or inconsistent documentation may not qualify for approval.

Glow Guarantee Approval Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Glowumi will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Your device must be returned before a refund is processed
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected

Please allow 5–10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund once approved.

Additional Glow Guarantee Terms

  • Claims must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • The guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through Glowumi
  • One Glow Guarantee claim is permitted per household
  • Devices must be returned in good working condition and not intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
  • Glowumi reserves the right to decline claims where sufficient documentation is not provided
  • The Glow Guarantee is designed to encourage proper and consistent product use for best results

365-Day Manufacturing Warranty

All Glowumi devices include a 365-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Covered Under Warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Charging or power failures not caused by misuse
  • LED or EMS functionality failures under normal use
  • Faulty internal components

Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Damage caused by dropping, misuse, modification, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email: hello@glowumi.com

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault
  • Confirmation of when the issue began

If your warranty claim is approved, Glowumi may provide a replacement device, replacement parts, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.


Change of Mind Returns [AU ONLY]

Glowumi offers change of mind returns for customers located in Australia only.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must remain in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, manuals, and protective materials
  • The item must be in resalable condition

Change of mind returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or opened devices
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or tampering
  • Final sale or clearance items

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the unopened product and packaging if requested

Please do not send any items back without prior approval from Glowumi, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. 

Non-Eligible Returns

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, the return request may be rejected.

Examples include:

  • Opened or used devices returned under a change of mind request
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products showing signs of damage, misuse, or tampering
  • Returns sent without prior approval from Glowumi

If a return is rejected, the device will be shipped back to the customer. A $15 AUD reshipment and handling fee must be paid before the item can be returned to the original shipping address.

If the reshipment fee is not paid within a reasonable timeframe, Glowumi reserves the right to dispose of or abandon the unclaimed item where permitted by law.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • A short explanation of the issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The claim is approved under the Glow Guarantee or Warranty Policy

As a global online store, returns may need to be sent to one of our international fulfillment partners. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may delay processing or may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Glowumi.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour after purchase.

Once an order has been begun processing, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
