Place the device comfortably under your eyes, select your preferred mode and intensity, then relax for just 10 minutes. That’s it. Easy enough to use while scrolling TikTok or pretending to answer emails.

How often should I use it?

We recommend using the device once daily for best results. Consistency is where the glow happens.

Where does Glowumi ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE tracked shipping on all Glowumi orders to eligible countries.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping estimates are provided as a guide only. Occasionally, delays outside our control can happen due to couriers, customs, weather, or peak periods.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Every Glowumi order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You can find the tracking details in your shipment confirmation email once dispatched.

Which courier do you use?

We work with multiple trusted courier partners. Our system automatically selects the fastest available shipping option based on your location.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the address from our side. We recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details.

What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

What is the 60-Day Glow Guarantee?

Our 60-Day Glow Guarantee gives you the confidence to try Glowumi risk-free. If you don’t notice visible improvements within 60 days of delivery after consistent use, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How do I qualify for the Glow Guarantee?

To qualify, the device must be used consistently for 10 minutes daily over at least 14 consecutive days, following the recommended usage instructions.


Be sure to take a before photo and consecutive daily photos to check your progress!

When should I expect to see results?

Many customers notice improvements earlier, but for some people, visible results may take up to 1 month depending on skin type, lifestyle, and consistency.

How do I submit a Glow Guarantee claim?

Email hello@glowumi.com with your order number, a short explanation of your experience, confirmation of consistent use, and 8 photos total — including 1 before photo and 7 consecutive daily progress photos with timestamps.

Photos should clearly show the under-eye area, include visible timestamps, be taken in similar lighting and angles, remain unedited, and demonstrate consistent progress over 7 consecutive days.

Claims may be declined if the required documentation isn’t provided or if the device shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.

What happens if my Glow Guarantee claim is approved?

We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your device. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Is there a limit on Glow Guarantee claims?

Yes. To keep things fair, one Glow Guarantee claim is permitted per household.

Does Glowumi offer a warranty?

Yes. Every Glowumi device is backed by a 365-day limited manufacturing warranty for extra peace of mind.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related faults including charging issues, LED or EMS malfunctions, and internal device defects under normal use.

What isn't covered under warranty?

The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, water damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by improper handling.

Can I return the device if I changed my mind?

For hygiene reasons, change of mind returns are not accepted. However, if you’ve used your Glowumi EyeLift consistently as directed and still don’t see visible improvements within 60 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Glow Guarantee.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply email hello@glowumi.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear video showing the fault.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days. Your glow may be instant, but unfortunately banks are not.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect, or was approved under our Glow Guarantee or Warranty Policy.
